Reversibility: ContactOffice offers import and export gateways

One important aspect to think about when choosing cloud applications is reversibility. One does not want to be stuck in a proprietary format with no possibility of recuperating one’s data. We are aware that every person wishing to opt for a cloud based collaboration solution already has a calendar, emails etc. Thus, every person wants to be able to import his information into any new solution he might opt for. ContactOffice’s virtual office allows you to import your existing data into its virtual office from any standard format. Obviously, if you wish to change solution afterwards, the same export possibility must exist. With ContactOffice you’ll be able to export your data to the standard file types compatible with most applications on the market. Below you will find a table containing different file types in order to import or export your data:
